Personal injury law in California is not a normal advertising market. Keywords like “car accident lawyer San Diego” can cost $300 to $500 per click. A single wasted click costs more than many businesses spend on a full day of ads.

We built the complete lead-to-consultation system. Google Ads with intent-driven targeting focused on high-value PI keywords. A custom landing page with clear value proposition, trust signals, and “The Gagnon Guarantee” prominently featured.

But ads and landing pages only generate leads. Converting those leads to consultations requires speed and systems. We implemented online booking that eliminated scheduling friction. CRM automation with immediate follow-up sequences. Every lead received instant contact before competitors could reach them.

The result was a machine that turned expensive clicks into booked consultations at a fraction of market rates.

Too many consultations

The system worked faster than expected.

In the first full month, the campaign generated 39 leads at $51 each. In a market where a single click can cost ten times that amount, this was exceptional efficiency. But lead cost only tells half the story.

87% of those leads booked consultations. Not 30%. Not 50%. Nearly nine out of ten inquiries converted to scheduled appointments. The combination of landing page, booking system, and automated follow-up eliminated the gaps where leads typically disappear.
