We built the infrastructure. Then the hurricanes hit.
A structural moving company acquired a Florida brand but inherited nothing except a name and an outdated website. We built the complete system from scratch. When hurricane demand surged, the infrastructure captured what competitors couldn’t touch.

A brand with no foundation
The Patterson family has been lifting and moving structures since 1956. When Hurricane Ian devastated Southwest Florida in 2022, they saw an opportunity to expand and acquired the Modern Movers brand.
What they inherited was a name and a website that looked like it was built before the internet existed. No advertising. No lead generation. No CRM. No systems. Zero Florida presence despite massive post-hurricane demand for house lifting services.
They needed everything built from scratch. Website. Google Ads. Lead management. And they needed it fast, before the window of opportunity closed.
Everything. From scratch. At once.
We built the complete marketing infrastructure in parallel. A new website with service pages for house lifting, structural moving, foundation repair, and helical piles. Trust signals featuring their Discovery Channel appearance and industry credentials. Conversion-optimized forms capturing service type and square footage for lead qualification.
Google Ads launched simultaneously. Intent-driven search campaigns targeting Florida homeowners searching for house lifting and elevation services. Geographic targeting across the state. Proper conversion tracking from day one.
Then came the CRM. Lead pipeline from fresh inquiry through contract execution. Automated follow-up sequences. Revenue attribution tying closed deals back to ad spend.
The foundation was set. Then the storms came.
Infrastructure meets opportunity
Late 2024, hurricanes hit Florida again. Demand for house lifting exploded overnight. Homeowners with flooded properties needed elevation services immediately. The phone was going to ring somewhere.
For competitors without marketing infrastructure, that demand was invisible. No ads running. No systems to capture leads. No way to scale.
For Modern Movers, the infrastructure was already in place. Q4 2024 results tell the story: 725 conversions in a single quarter. $69 cost per lead, down from $100+ in previous quarters. 19% click-through rate. Seven times the conversion volume of Q3.
The hurricanes created the demand. The system captured it. That is the difference between having marketing infrastructure and wishing you did.
“When we expanded Patterson’s operations into Florida after Hurricane Ian, we needed to build Modern Movers from the ground up. Kinetic3 built our website, launched our advertising, and put systems in place that let us capture and manage the flood of leads. Within two years, we went from zero presence in Florida to being booked solid with more work than we could handle. The hurricanes created demand, but Kinetic3 gave us the infrastructure to capture it. We had to pause advertising because we couldn’t take on any more projects.”
