What is Kinetic3?
Kinetic3 is a performance marketing partner for local service businesses. We specialize in Google Ads, Local SEO, and website design for healthcare practices, law firms, and financial advisors. Unlike traditional agencies that silo your marketing across disconnected teams, we integrate everything into one growth system where each channel strengthens the others.
What industries do you work with?
We specialize in high-ticket local service businesses: healthcare (med spas, plastic surgeons, dental practices, hormone clinics), legal (personal injury, family law, estate planning), and financial services (financial advisors, CPAs, wealth management). These are industries where one new client can pay for the entire marketing investment, and where trust and visibility drive growth.
Do you work with businesses outside those industries?
Sometimes. We take on clients outside our core verticals when there’s strong fit. The criteria: you offer a premium service, you’re past the DIY phase, and there’s a clear path to ROI. If you’re not sure, book a call and we’ll figure it out together.
Where is Kinetic3 located?
We’re based in Southwest Florida, but we work with clients nationwide. Digital marketing doesn’t require us to be in your city. What matters is understanding your market, your competition, and your customers. We do that through research, data, and strategy calls, not geography. That said, if you’re local to Fort Myers, Naples, or Cape Coral, we’re happy to meet in person.
What makes Kinetic3 different from other agencies?
Three things. First, we integrate your marketing instead of siloing it. Your Google Ads, SEO, and website work as one system, not three separate line items managed by teams that never talk. Second, you work directly with decision-makers, not junior account managers learning on your dime. Third, we take on fewer clients and go deeper. We’re building partnerships, not a client roster.

What services does Kinetic3 offer?
We offer three core services: Google Ads management, Local SEO, and website design and development. Each service can stand alone or work together as part of our Compound Growth System, where Ads, SEO, and your website amplify each other.
Do I need all three services?
No. Many clients start with one service based on their most pressing need. Google Ads if you need leads now. SEO if you want to build long-term visibility. A new website if your current site isn’t converting. That said, the biggest results come when all three work together. We’ll recommend what makes sense based on your situation.
What’s included in Google Ads management?
Strategy and campaign build, keyword research, ad copy creation, conversion tracking setup, a landing page if needed, and weekly optimization. You get direct access to the strategist running your campaigns and reporting focused on leads, cost per lead, and revenue. Full details are on our Google Ads page.
What’s included in Local SEO?
Technical SEO audit, Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, review generation strategy, on-site optimization, content, and link building. We price by market difficulty, not deliverable counts. The goal is ranking improvement, not checking boxes. Full details are on our Local SEO page.
What’s included in website design?
Strategy, custom design, development on WordPress, conversion-focused copywriting (if needed), mobile optimization, speed optimization, analytics setup, and training so you can make basic updates. You own everything. Full details are on our Website Design page.
Do you offer website maintenance after the site is built?
Yes. Our care plans cover premium plugin licensing, security monitoring, backups, and monthly support time. Plans start at $149/month. Managed hosting on Kinsta is included with Essentials ($199/month) and Growth ($349/month). Full details are on our WordPress Maintenance page.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes. We’ll assess what you have and build from there. Sometimes your current site just needs optimization. Sometimes it needs a full rebuild. We’ll tell you straight what’s working, what’s not, and what makes sense to prioritize. No unnecessary rebuilds just to pad a proposal.
Do you handle social media or other marketing channels?
Our focus is Google Ads, Local SEO, and websites. We don’t offer social media management, Meta/Facebook Ads, or email marketing as standalone services. If you need those, we can recommend partners. We’d rather go deep on what we do best than spread thin across everything.

How much do your services cost?
Google Ads management is $2,000/month plus 12% of ad spend, with a $3,000/month minimum ad spend. Local SEO ranges from $1,500 to $6,000+/month based on market difficulty and number of locations. Website projects start at $5,000. Every engagement is scoped based on your market, competition, and goals.
Do you require long-term contracts?
It depends on the service. Google Ads is month-to-month with 30-day cancellation notice. Local SEO has a 3-month initial engagement, then month-to-month. Website projects are one-time with payment milestones. We don’t lock you into 12-month contracts. We earn your business every month.
Is there a setup fee?
For Google Ads, no separate setup fee. The first month covers strategy, build, and launch. For Local SEO, same approach. Month one is your foundation work at the tier rate. For websites, the project price covers everything from strategy through launch.
How does payment work?
Monthly services (Google Ads, SEO, maintenance) are billed monthly. Website projects follow a milestone schedule: 25% deposit at signing, 25% at design approval, 50% before launch. We accept credit cards, ACH, and checks.
What’s included vs. what costs extra?
Our service pages spell out exactly what’s included. Things typically quoted separately: additional landing pages beyond the first (for Ads), branding or logo design, complex CRM integrations, e-commerce functionality, and ad spend (paid directly to Google). We’re upfront about scope so there are no surprises.
Do you offer discounts for bundling services?
We don’t discount individual services, but clients using multiple services benefit from the integrated approach. Your Ads inform your SEO strategy. Your SEO wins lower your ad costs. Your website converts both into revenue. The value is in the system, not a line-item discount.

How long before I see results?
Google Ads can generate leads within weeks of launch. SEO is a longer play: expect meaningful ranking movement by months four through six, with results compounding from there. Websites typically launch in 2-4 weeks depending on scope and client responsiveness. We set realistic timelines upfront so you know what to expect.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results depend on your starting point, industry, competition, and budget. We don’t make guarantees because too many variables are outside our control. What we do promise: clear KPIs, transparent reporting, and straight talk about what’s working and what’s not. Our track record includes 29:1 ROAS, $25M+ in client revenue generated, and long-term partnerships with clients who keep coming back.
How much time will I need to invest?
Less than you think. After an initial strategy session (60-90 minutes) and onboarding (2-3 hours over the first week), most clients spend about 30 minutes a week on check-ins and approvals. The goal is to free you up to run your business while we handle the growth engine.
How do you report on progress?
You get regular reporting focused on metrics that matter: leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, rankings, and revenue when trackable. No 40-page reports full of impressions and click-through rates. We also have strategy calls (frequency depends on service and account needs) where we review performance and discuss what’s next.
Who will I be working with?
You work directly with the strategist running your campaigns. No handoffs to junior account managers. No call centers. Direct access to the person making decisions on your account.
What if it’s not working?
We address it head-on. If something isn’t performing, we diagnose the issue, adjust the strategy, and communicate clearly about what we’re changing and why. If after a fair runway we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you. We’d rather have an honest conversation than drag out something that isn’t working.
