Most of our early portfolio is Southwest Florida because that’s where the relationships started.
How do diagnostics work locally?
We come to your office. We talk to the people who actually run the business, watch the work, and record everything. Scope varies. Sometimes it’s one conversation with the owner. Sometimes it’s six across the leadership team. From there we synthesize findings into a plain-English report with quantified opportunities. We don’t touch your books. We map workflows. The diagnostic is a standalone engagement.
Do you visit my office?
If you’re in SWFL, yes. We prefer to run diagnostics on-site because we get to sit with your team, watch the actual workflows, and see the systems your office runs on. We also run remote diagnostics for businesses outside driving distance, and those are just as thorough. The diagnostic process is the same either way.
What’s the typical timeline for a Southwest Florida engagement?
It depends on scope. The diagnostic could be one conversation with you, or six conversations across the leadership team. Some are with a single owner, some involve the whole department. The build varies the same way. By the end of the discovery call, we usually know enough to put a real timeline on the table.
How does pricing work for local clients?
Same as everywhere. Local doesn’t get a discount and it doesn’t get a markup. The diagnostic is a fixed-fee standalone engagement, and the build is quoted from the findings. Are you available for in-person meetings after the build?
Yes. Ongoing work happens remotely by default, but if you’re local I’ll drive to your office for major release demos, check-ins, or anything else that warrants being in the room. How often depends on the engagement.
