How much does AI implementation cost?
The foundation and each build are priced from your diagnostic plan, so you know the cost and the payback before anything starts. You pay half to start and half on delivery.
Do I need a diagnostic first?
Yes. Every build comes from the plan, so we know what it’s worth before we build it. The diagnostic takes two to four weeks, and if it doesn’t find three times its fee, you don’t pay.
How long does a build take?
The foundation comes first. After that, most builds are live in one to three weeks, and run with your team approving the output until the edits stop.
What is an AI agent?
AI that does a whole task from start to finish instead of just answering a question. Each of ours does one job, like filing visit notes or scoring sales calls, and a person approves anything that matters.
Will AI replace my staff?
It takes the busywork. At the telehealth company we co-own, the same team sees 50% more patients a day, because writing up notes stopped eating their day.
Does it work with the software we already use?
Usually. The foundation connects to your CRM, accounting, calendar, email and phones. If a system has no way in, the diagnostic says so before you pay for a build.

What happens if something breaks?
